Am I covered by insurance?

We participate in several health plans, including Medicare. If you are a motor vehicle (MVA) or personal injury (PIP) patient, you will most likely require pre-authorization from your insurance company prior to initiating PT. 

As a courtesy to you, we will gladly verify your insurance benefits. However, please understand that verification of coverage is ultimately your responsibility. You can call the telephone number on your insurance card and ask for a copy of your in AND out of network benefits (usually one to two pages in length).

Insurance companies are happy to fax you or us (877.9NJ.ABLE/877.965.2253) a copy for verification. We ask that you give us a call if you have any questions regarding your insurance. We are always happy to help.
